Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements. Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and internal departments. Process and follow up on insurance claims. Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation. Ensure timely renewal of all insurance policies. Review policy coverage and recommend appropriate solutions. Monitor policy expiry dates and prepare renewal schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. Prepare reports related to insurance activities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of UAE experience in insurance administration. Experience handling medical, motor, property, or contractor's insurance is preferred. Strong knowledge of UAE insurance practices. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
