Interior Fitout Engineer

Conduct detailed site assessments to determine the feasibility of fitout projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements. RFQ estimation and Tendering Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases while coordinating with various stakeholders and contractors. Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget constraints while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Collaborate closely with architects and designers to translate design concepts into actionable plans, addressing any discrepancies between vision and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, providing a solid foundation in design principles and construction practices. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in interior fitout projects, showcasing an ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project, enabling precise design and effective project management.
