IT Project Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end IT project activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams. Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports. Organize project kick-offs, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and prepare meeting minutes. Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Monitor project risks and escalate issues to management when required. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with organizational project governance, documentation, and quality standards. Support requirement gathering, change requests, project documentation, and project closure activities. Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and project reporting. Maintain project dashboards and generate periodic progress reports for leadership. Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in IT Project Coordination or Project Management. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams is an advantage.
