Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Networking skills to establish connections within the industry and build a talent pipeline. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Comfortable negotiating job offers, developing compensation structures, and managing the offer acceptance process. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's is a plus.
