Joinery forman

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily joinery fabrication and site activities. Lead and manage carpenters, installers, and helpers. Allocate manpower and monitor work progress. Ensure work complies with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, and factory. Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment. Enforce health and safety regulations on site. Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 15 years of experience as a Joinery Foreman in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication and installation. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings. Proven leadership and team management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with HSE and quality standards. Valid UAE driving license is a must.
