Sr. BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead BIM activities throughout the project lifecycle. Manage BIM deliverables, Common Data Environment & BIM reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes and BIM requirements. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM. Strong expertise in Information Management, CDE administration, and digital workflows. Knowledge of LODs, 4D, 5D, Metadata Management, Asset Information Models (AIM), and Digital Handover. Experience working on high rise tower projects is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and confidence managing BIM processes across internal and external stakeholders.
