Junior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of accounting experience, a strong educational background in finance or accounting, and excellent English communication skills. This role is suited for someone who is a quick learner, proactive, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Support bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation when required. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting-related issues. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
