Junior Accountant

Maintain accurate accounting records for a portfolio of client companies. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Perform intercompany reconciliations and investigate variances. Issue and record ETA e-invoices and maintain supporting documentation. Prepare VAT and withholding-tax schedules. Support payroll processing, payroll-tax requirements, and social-insurance documentation. Assist with month-end closing, trial balances, draft financial statements, and audit schedules. Organize accounting files and ensure client records are complete and up to date. Support the Senior Accountant with client requests and accounting deliverables. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and reporting deadlines. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a relevant field. 2 4 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in an accounting outsourcing, audit, tax, BPO, or multi-client environment is preferred. Good understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end processes. Familiarity with VAT, withholding tax, ETA e-invoicing, and Egyptian tax requirements. Good Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or accounting software. High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team. Fluent Arabic and good working English.
