Key Account Manager / Unit Manager (Sales)

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager / Unit Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry and proven experience managing key retail accounts, particularly hypermarkets such as Carrefour, Spinneys, Lulu, HyperOne, and similar chains.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring excellent execution across assigned accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with key retail and hypermarket accounts.Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, and commercial terms with customers.Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining long-term business partnerships.Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
