Kondor KGR Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Kondor KGR Developer to join our client's Banking and Capital Markets team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finastra Kondor+ / Kondor KGR and hands-on experience in treasury and capital markets systems development, integration, risk management, and regulatory reporting. Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of hands-on experience with Finastra Kondor+ / Kondor KGR in a banking or financial institution. Strong experience in KGR scripting language (KScript / KGL) and Kondor+ data model. Expertise in SQL and experience working with Oracle or Sybase databases. Experience configuring and developing Kondor trade capture, position management, P&L, and risk modules. Strong understanding of treasury and capital market products including FX Spot/Forward/Swap, IRS, CDS, Repos, Money Market, and Bonds. Experience developing and maintaining interfaces using MQ Series, SWIFT, FIX Protocol, and REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Kondor KGR upgrade processes and environment management (Development, UAT, and Production). Experience developing custom reports, scripts, workflows, and integrations within the Kondor environment. Exposure to Market Risk, Credit Risk, VaR reporting, PSR (Pre-Settlement Risk), Settlement Limits, and Counterparty Exposure Management. Experience supporting regulatory reporting requirements including SAMA, IFRS 9, and Basel III. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide Level 2/Level 3 support. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Experience with Kondor Connect, KTAC, or Kondor Reporting Framework. Knowledge of Finastra Fusion Suite or integration with Summit FT / Murex. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence. Understanding of Islamic Finance products such as Murabaha, Ijara, and Sukuk. Exposure to Saudi banking regulations and capital market standards.
