Learning & Development Specialist

A large Food Manufacturing Company in Tripoli is seeking for a Learning & Development Specialist. This is an on-site position based in Tripoli. Candidates from nearby areas and Jbeil are encouraged to apply. The Learning & Development Specialist will manage and coordinate the organization's training and professional development activities. You will work closely with department heads and the HR Manager to assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, deliver workshops, and track program effectiveness to align workforce capabilities with business goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Psychology, or a related field. •

Experience

2–4 years of hands-on experience in L&D, training delivery, or instructional design. •

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Soft

Skills

• Strong public speaking, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge: Solid understanding of adult learning theories, training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick), and core HR compliance
