Logistics Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of delivery and transportation activities. Collaborate with drivers, vehicles, routes and delivery schedules to optimize schedules and reduce transportation costs. Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards in line with industry regulations and best practices. Monitor fleet utilisation, fuel, maintenance and operational costs. Coordinate with warehouse, sales procurement and internal teams. Monitor maintenance reports, KPIs, and compliance standards. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, showcasing experience in FMCG, food distribution, seafood, cold chain or similar industry. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of the industry. Experience in supervising drivers and logistics co-ordinations. Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills. Strong knowledge of route planning and fleet coordination. Experience in the logistics sector, preferably in a supervisory capacity, highlighting leadership skills and industry insight.
