Position: Logistics & Tendering Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and customs clearance
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with relevant requirements and deadlines
• Monitor tender announcements and identify relevant business opportunities
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
• Follow up on purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and tender submissions
• Ensure timely delivery of products and compliance with company procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in logistics and tendering is preferred
• Good knowledge of tender procedures and documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken English
