Tender & Procurement Specialist

PURPOSE AND SERVICES Business proposals, tender/RFP/RFQ responses, capability and prequalification statements. Assignments are agreed individually against a written brief, deliverables, language, deadline and project fee. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed volume of work. WORK Analyse buyer instructions, build compliance and evidence matrices, write tailored responses, coordinate input owners and check final response completeness against requirements. REQUIRED EXPERTISE Bid management, procurement documentation, compliance mapping and persuasive evidence. Genuine, demonstrated experience in this specific specialization, including previously completed projects for UAE, Saudi Arabian or other GCC clients. Relevant GCC business experience must be supported by completed client work, not residence alone. Work independently, meet agreed deadlines and respect confidentiality and review rounds. Do not claim regulated approval or a guaranteed commercial outcome. LANGUAGE AND RESIDENCE Applicants must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates; nationality alone does not establish residence. Prior completed projects for UAE, Saudi Arabian or other GCC clients are also mandatory.
