Looking for a bike rider

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Divisional/Operations Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Deliver and collect documents, keys, access cards, packages, supplies, and other materials from various locations
• Collect cash, cheques, documents, and other payments and safely hand them over to the concerned department
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including late-night check-ins when required
• Support the cleaning team with basic operational and cleaning-related tasks when required
• Coordinate with Operations, Admin, Finance, Cleaning, Maintenance, and other departments regarding the delivery and collection of documents and materials
• Visit holiday home properties across Dubai for operational and urgent requirements
• Ensure timely and safe delivery and collection of items
• Maintain accurate records and confirmations for deliveries, collections, cash, cheques, keys, and access cards
• Handle guests, clients, building security, and other contacts professionally
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving Licence is mandatory. Previous experience as a bike rider, delivery rider, messenger, or operations helper is preferred. Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations. Ability to use Google Maps and navigate independently. Responsible and trustworthy, especially when handling cash, cheques, keys, and access cards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible to work late evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required. Willingness to assist with cleaning and other operational tasks when required Employment Type Full-time
