Leads the end-to-end implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for clients. Bridge the gap between maintenance operations and technology by analyzing client workflows.Configuring system modules (assets, PM schedules, work orders, inventory), migrating master data, and delivering user training.Ensures smooth software adoption and high client satisfaction from initial requirement gathering through post-go-live support.Identify gaps between the client’s process and the CMMS system.
