Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities in our tissue paper manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities. Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime. Handle preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. Troubleshoot tissue paper machines, rewinders, log saws, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, vacuum systems, and utilities. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and shutdown activities. Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and electricians. Coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, and HSE teams. Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements, and breakdown reports. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO and Permit-to-Work. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. 5+ years of maintenance experience in tissue paper, paper, converting, or similar manufacturing industries. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and team-supervision experience. Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial equipment. Experience with preventive maintenance, RCA, and shutdown planning is preferred. Ability to work under pressure in a continuous manufacturing environment. Candidates with relevant tissue/paper manufacturing experience will be given preference.
