Marketing Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for powder coating requirements from construction, fabrication, aluminum, steel, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. Visit potential and existing customers to promote the company's powder coating services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation and operations teams. Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers to secure orders. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. Conduct market research to identify competitors, customer requirements, and industry trends. Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain an updated database of customers, prospects, and sales activities. Prepare daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly performance reports. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company. Promote new colours, finishes, and value-added coating solutions to customers. Ensure timely collection of customer payments by coordinating with the accounts department. Maintain knowledge of powder coating products, quality standards, and coating specifications. Desired Candidate Profile Any Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably from metal fabrication industry or powder coating industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills. Knowledge of the UAE market is an added advantage.
