Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Prepare and coordinate IFC and shop drawing packages for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.Develop calculation reports for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.Review specifications and evaluate material submittals.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Review design drawings and ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.Collaborate in resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate material take-offs and bill of quantities.Assist in the preparation of tender documents, technical submittals, and compliance reports.Conduct technical evaluations of mechanical systems, components, and equipment to ensure adherence to industry standards.Provide technical support and solutions to site teams during project execution and resolve design-related issues.Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical documents submitted by contractors or vendors.Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.Maintain up-to-date records of project documentation, revisions, and correspondence.Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
