The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing return on advertising spend for multiple clients.  ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve client objectives.Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies.Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics.Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.Collaborate with copywriters and designers to improve ad performance.Track conversions and ensure accurate campaign measurement.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign efficiency.Stay updated with advertising platform changes and industry best practices.
