Medical Call Center Sales Executive

Answer incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries from potential patients. Contact new leads generated through advertising campaigns, website enquiries, social media, and other channels. Understand the client’s needs and recommend the appropriate consultation, treatment, or service. Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed appointments. Follow up with undecided leads consistently and professionally. Re-contact leads who stopped responding or did not complete their booking. Follow up with missed appointments and cancelled bookings. Handle common objections related to price, timing, treatment concerns, and hesitation. Maintain professional and persuasive communication without being pushy. Record lead status, follow-up activity, appointments, and outcomes accurately. Meet monthly sales, booking, conversion, and revenue targets. Coordinate internally when needed to confirm treatment availability or appointment schedules. Maintain fast response times across phone and WhatsApp. Help maximize the conversion of marketing-generated leads into actual clinic revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, call center sales, lead conversion, or customer acquisition. Strong telephone sales and closing skills. Proven ability to convert enquiries into paying customers. Confident handling a high volume of calls and WhatsApp conversations. Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills. Excellent follow-up discipline. Target-driven and comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English is required. Arabic is highly preferred. Previous experience in medical, aesthetic, dental, beauty, wellness, hospitality, insurance, real estate, or other high-conversion service industries is preferred. Previous experience with CRM or lead-management systems is an advantage. Candidates must be comfortable with performance-based incentives and commission. Employment Type Full-time
