MEP Draughtsman

Create detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings using CAD software to support project requirements and specifications. Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness for construction teams. Conduct site visits for field measurements and inspections to verify that the installation aligns with the design intent.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering is preferred for a comprehensive understanding of MEP systems. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP drafting within the construction or engineering sector is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software is essential to produce high-quality designs. Certification in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or equivalent is highly regarded to enhance collaborative project efforts. Employment Type Full-time
