MEP QS (FM Experienced & Immediate join )

Manage and control MEP project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability targets. Prepare, review, and negotiate MEP variation orders and claims, accurately assessing their impact on project cost and schedule. Conduct detailed cost analysis and benchmarking of MEP systems and materials to identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop and maintain robust cost databases and historical cost information for accurate tendering and forecasting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. Professional qualification such as MRICS or equivalent is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a MEP Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on FM environments. Proven track record in managing MEP projects of varying scales and complexities.
