Presales Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & ELV Systems

Mars Vision Technical Services LLC is looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Presales Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities ✅ Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements. ✅ Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings when required. ✅ Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions. ✅ Develop technically compliant and cost-effective Interior Fit-Out and ELV solutions. ✅ Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. ✅ Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets. ✅ Support the Sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. ✅ Collaborate with the Design, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover. ✅ Maintain updated pricing, product, and vendor databases. ✅ Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders and proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field. ✔️ Minimum 1+ year of experience in Presales, Estimation, or Technical Sales. ✔️ Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out and ELV Systems. ✔️ Experience preparing BOQs, cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documentation. ✔️ Ability to read architectural, interior, MEP, and ELV drawings. ✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. ✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. ✔️ UAE driving license is an advantage.
