MEP site supervision

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise MEP works on-site, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes Review and inspect shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of MEP works Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring timely project execution Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify compliance with project requirements Prepare site reports, inspection records, and progress updates for the consultant and client Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 10–12 years of experience in MEP site supervision for commercial building projects Proven experience working with an engineering consultancy is mandatory Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and QA/QC documentation GCC/Oman experience and strong communication skills are preferred Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Engineering Design & Consulting Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords MEP Site SupervisionEngineering ConsultancyCommercial BuildingHVAC SystemElectrical SystemPlumbing SystemFire Protection SystemShop Drawings ReviewQAQC InspectionTesting And Commissioning Get real-time job updates only on our App
