MEP/HVAC+Electrical Technician (Luxury Retail Maintenance)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities MEP Technician (Luxury Retail Maintenance) Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities Electrical Systems Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical networks, lighting systems, outlets, switches, and control panels. Replace defective components, upgrade lighting (including LED systems), and ensure compliance with safety standards. Support power supply needs for displays, visual merchandising, and store equipment. Mechanical & HVAC Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, heating). Monitor mechanical installations, fans, motors, and air treatment units. Ensure comfort conditions in-store according to luxury retail standards. Plumbing Systems Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, fixtures, and water supply/drainage systems. Assist with small plumbing installations, pipe repairs, and preventive maintenance. General Maintenance Conduct routine inspections of all technical installations in luxury boutiques. Assist in coordination with external vendors and specialized contractors. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to ensure flawless store operations. Compliance & Safety Ensure all interventions comply with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical safety standards.
