Merchandising Supervisor

Lead and manage a team of merchandisers to deliver coverage and visibility targets.Ensure shelves, displays, and planograms are executed according to company standards.Monitor stock levels, product freshness, and reduce out-of-stock issues.Support trade promotions and BTL activities in key outlets.Track merchandiser KPIs and provide coaching and feedback.Conduct market visits to check execution and competitor activities.Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and reporting of the merchandising team.
