Project Manager (Civil - Hotel Construction)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of hotel building construction projects from inception to handover. Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Manage project costs, budgets, procurement, and contract administration. Review and approve project drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodologies. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide technical guidance and leadership. Ensure successful project commissioning, testing, and final handover. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering). PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Additional certifications in construction management are preferred. Experience Minimum 13-15+ years of core experience in building construction. Proven experience in managing hotel building construction projects within the UAE. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale hospitality projects from start to completion. Experience working with leading developers, consultants, or main contractors in the UAE.
