Middle East Service OU Manager

As an Operating Unit Manager Service you will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dubai, UAE. You will be Implementing and further developing the BU Service strategy in the Operating Unit. Leading the growth of the Service business through countries and Product Groups to ensure achievement of performance targets. Your

Responsibilities

• Participating with the Hub Service Manager in the creation and roll out of the Service strategy
• Driving the localization and implementation of the Service strategy assigned to the Operating Unit by the Hub Service across the countries covered
• Developing and driving growth initiatives to meet growth targets in line with the Hub Service strategy implementation plan
• Building and supporting business cases for investment opportunities
• Establishing financial targets for the operating unit and reporting progress on strategy implementation across the unit
• Leading processes to reconcile diversity and synergies to shape one voice for Service to improve the Service Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across the unit
• Building a sustainable customer approach to ensure overall global client growth and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring implementation of standard Service platforms across the unit
• Promoting synergies and developing Service delivery processes to drive efficiency
• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement of the business
• Promoting and sharing experience and leading practices in Service across the countries and unit
• Responsible for optimizing the Service delivery process
• Leading consolidation of functions across the countries where applicable, e.g., training, logistics and spares
• Leads in the identification and building of hubs to serve across geographies
• Contributing to risk assessments related to price and quality
• Registering required information into the appropriate customer database
• Ensuring technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer s needs
• Driving efficiency by ensuring adequate skills for service team members and that the area of responsibility is properly organized and staffed
• Coaching the team in formulating plans in developing customer segment expertise
• Actively demonstrating one approach and guiding direct and indirect subordinates

• Responsible to deliver quarterly financial results (Revenues, profit, Cash) managing a multi-country team of tendering, project management, engineering and customer support

Desired Candidate Profile

Your background Bachelor s degree or high diploma. Min 10 years experience in a leadership role Experience in relevant background. Strong communication and organizing skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
