Job SummaryGest for Metals is seeking a Mold Design Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. You’ll design and optimize molds for high-pressure die casting and metal forming, ensuring top performance, durability, and cost efficiency. Your work will directly impact product quality, production speed, and customer satisfaction.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop molds using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Conduct mold flow analysis to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing requirements.Oversee mold manufacturing, assembly, and testing.Improve existing molds to enhance quality and reduce downtime.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.3+ years’ experience in mold design (die casting, injection molding, or metal forming).Proficiency in CAD tools; mold flow analysis experience is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
