MS Excel and Inventory Control Specialist
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Position: Service Center Administrator We are looking for a highly organized and analytical candidate with strong Microsoft Excel skills and previous experience in a service center or after-sales environment. Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records of all service-related activities. Monitor service center KPIs and identify discrepancies, trends, and areas requiring improvement. Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Review service center case updates and verify that all information is correctly recorded in the system. Conduct data analysis and provide operational insights to support decision-making. Coordinate with service centers to ensure compliance with reporting standards and operational procedures. Perform physical stock handling, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation. Support inventory audits and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records. Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records. Assist in monitoring spare parts movement, stock availability, and inventory accuracy. Desired Candidate Profile Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards). Previous experience in a service center, aftersales, or operations environment.
