Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Missions Design and develop custom modules for Odoo based on user needs. Participate in the development of technical and functional specifications. Integrate Odoo modules with other third-party systems and services. Optimize module performance to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience… Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Implement unit, integration and functional tests to ensure application reliability. Ensure application security by adhering to standards and best practices in web development. Collaborating closely with design, product and DevOps teams to define features and user interfaces. Participate in sprint planning meetings and brainstorming sessions. Provide technical support and resolve complex problems encountered by users. Document the configurations and procedures. Prerequisites Proficiency in the Python programming language. Experience with the development and customization of Odoo modules. Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases. Skills in version control (e.g., Git). Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to proactively solve problems. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team. Degree (minimum bac + 3) in computer science, software development or related field. At least 3 years of experience in development with Odoo.
