Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities International Energy Resources is seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Odoo development expertise with a solid understanding of ERP business processes and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical business solutions. As part of our digital transformation journey, you will play a key role in enhancing our Odoo ERP platform, supporting business process improvements, leading system integrations, and preparing the organization for the UAE's upcoming e-Invoicing requirements. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions. Configure, customize, and develop Odoo modules across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing. Lead and support the implementation of UAE e-Invoicing requirements, including system integrations and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain custom Odoo applications using Python. Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, and business applications. Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployments, and user training. Collaborate with business users to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical and functional support. Desired Candidate Profile Experience with UAE e-Invoicing, VAT compliance, ERP integrations is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Odoo ERP development and techno-functional consulting. Strong experience with Odoo v17+ and Python. Good understanding of Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain processes. Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and business process mapping.
