Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction by implementing effective processes and staff management. Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team to drive performance, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in service. Analyze sales reports and market trends to develop strategic plans that enhance store performance and meet financial targets. Manage inventory levels through proactive stock control, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock. Desired Candidate Profile A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred for a strong foundational understanding of the retail landscape. Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, STORE MANAGER with FOOTWEAR BACKGROUND (ONLY) Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively to ensure the store's financial success. Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
