Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of off-plan property leads through proactive prospecting and strategic networking. Expertly present and market exclusive off-plan projects to potential buyers, highlighting unique selling propositions and investment potential. Conduct thorough property tours and provide in-depth information on project details, floor plans, amenities, and developer credibility. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers, ensuring favorable terms and smooth transaction processes. Guide clients through the entire purchase journey, from initial inquiry to handover, managing all documentation and legalities. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting the off-plan real estate sector. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Possession of a valid real estate license and relevant professional certifications (e.g., RERA, NAR). Preference for candidates with experience in the GCC real estate market, particularly Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other relevant languages is a significant advantage. Advanced skills in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), property listing platforms, and MS Office Suite.
