Operation Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day manpower operations and workforce deployment. Supervise and coordinate manpower crews across multiple client sites. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution. Resolve salary discrepancies, payroll-related issues, and employee queries. Ensure smooth internal operations and process efficiency. Monitor employee attendance, leave, accommodation, transportation, and mobilization. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Clients for operational requirements. Prepare operational reports, manpower utilization reports, and MIS. Manage client relationships and ensure timely service delivery. Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve business objectives. Handle urgent operational issues and provide timely resolutions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 3–5 years of UAE experience in operations or manpower management. Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in the manpower supply or staffing industry is preferred.
