Operations & CRM Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Operations & CRM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across branches, events, warehouse, and support functions. The role ensures operational excellence, effective team coordination, customer satisfaction, cost control, compliance, and achievement of business objectives. Oversee branch, event, warehouse, and daily operational activities. Coordinate effectively with Cross functional Team : warehouse, procurement, finance, and other support functions. Lead, coach, and supervise operational teams, including manpower planning and performance management. Monitor branch performance, conduct operational audits, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies. Oversee event planning, execution, logistics, staffing, and post-event evaluation. Supervise warehouse and inventory operations, including stock control and asset utilization. Monitor operational expenses, control costs, and ensure efficient use of company resources. Ensure workplace safety, legal compliance, valid licenses, and adherence to UAE labour laws and company policies. Demonstrate hands-on experience in CRM/ERP systems and ensure effective system utilization. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly operational reports, track KPIs, and recommend business improvements. Address operational issues and customer escalations promptly while maintaining high service standards. Desired Candidate Profile Relevant experience in the Family Entertainment & Leisure industry.
