System & ODOO Administrator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Odoo System Administration & Maintenance Install, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP platform across all business units Manage core modules including property management, leasing, accounting, and CRM Ensure system performance, stability, and availability Monitor system health and resolve application-level issues Maintain system configurations and documentation User Management & Access Control Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Odoo Ensure access rights are aligned with job roles and organizational policies Safeguard sensitive data related to tenants, finance, and contracts Maintain audit trails of user access and system activities Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a system perspective Module Customization & System Integration Oversee customization and enhancement of Odoo modules to meet business needs Coordinate development of new features and workflows Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, including payment gateways, CRM, and property tools Ensure data consistency and seamless system interoperability Work closely with the Business Analyst to translate requirements into system solutions System Upgrades, Testing & Change Management Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements Manage testing environments and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure minimal disruption to operations during system changes Implement structured change management processes Maintain version control and system release documentation User Support, Training & Documentation Provide application-level support for Odoo users across all departments Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution Develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and configuration documentation Conduct user training sessions to improve system adoption Support continuous improvement of system usage and efficiency Skills Technical / Functional Odoo ERP configuration and administration Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes System integration and API understanding Database management (PostgreSQL preferred) Basic programming or scripting (Python is an advantage) Professional Analytical thinking and problem-solving Strong communication and user support skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage system changes and priorities Collaboration with cross-functional teams Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a similar field Preferred certifications: Odoo Certification, ERP or system administration certification, ITIL Certification Computer Literacy Advanced computer skills; proficiency in Odoo ERP, PostgreSQL, integration tools/APIs, and MS Office Desired Candidate Profile 5–8 years of experience in ERP administration or system administration roles Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Experience in real estate or property management systems is a strong advantage Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus Employment Type Full Time Company Industry TelecomISP Department / Functional Area ERPCRM (IT Software) Keywords OdooOdoo AdminOdoo AdministratorSystem AdministrationERP Administrator Get real-time job updates only on our App
