Operations Supervisor
Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives.Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.Conduct coaching sessions and provide ongoing performance feedback.Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues.Prepare and analyze operational reports.Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.Coordinate with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, and other support functions.Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.Maintain high employee engagement and team motivation.Support the implementation of new processes and operational initiatives.
