Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Outdoor Marketing Executive Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-Out Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our construction and interior fit-out services across the UAE market. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales and marketing activities. Visit potential clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and developers to promote company services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the estimation and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and project sites. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management. Desired Candidate Profile MBA in Marketing or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor marketing, business development, or field sales in the UAE. Experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
