Outdoor Sales Engineer – HVAC / MEP

Jeddah & Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Vacancies: 2 Positions — 1 Jeddah | 1 Riyadh We are looking for a Sales Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project sales to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Saudi market and experience dealing with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, project clients, and end users. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell HVAC and air conditioning systems, including Split AC, Ducted AC, VRF/VRV, and related products. Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate and follow up on project leads, inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities. Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and tenders. Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and end users. Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions. Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to provide accurate solutions and quotations. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments. Maintain updated records of sales activities, projects, leads, and customer interactions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities across KSA. Desired Candidate Profile 3–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project sales. Strong knowledge and experience in the Saudi market . Bachelor of Technology or 3-Year Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field. Arabic Language is an advantage. Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients. Existing customer/contractor relationships in the Saudi market will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills. Willingness to conduct outdoor sales and regular site visits. Employment Type Full-time
