Maintain lead records and daily conversion reports. Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure appointment attendance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Experience in telesales, customer service, lead generation or healthcare is preferred.
