Planning Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced scheduling software to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather project requirements and align schedules with project milestones and deliverables. Perform critical path analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions that optimize project timelines. Regularly update and communicate project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Desired Candidate Profile 4–6 years of experience in landscape planning and project scheduling. Hands-on experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure landscape projects. Experience in preparing project schedules, progress tracking, and delay analysis. Ability to coordinate with execution teams, consultants, vendors, and clients. Strong knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation systems, hardscape, softscape, and project execution. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD (preferred), and Microsoft Excel. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
