Platform QA & Automation Lead

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Define the platform QA and test automation strategy and roadmap. Establish automation standards, frameworks, and best practices. Promote quality engineering and shift-left testing culture. Design and oversee automated testing across API and integration testing, UI and end-to-end testing, regression and performance testing. Ensure automation coverage across CI/CD pipelines. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams. Ensure automated quality gates before releases. Define automation KPIs and quality metrics. Monitor test coverage, execution results, and defect trends. Identify improvement opportunities and optimize frameworks. Lead and mentor QA and automation engineers. Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams. Promote best practices in testing and automation.
