Power BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Dashboard Development: Design and build user-friendly Power BI reports, dashboards, and visual elements. Data Modeling: Clean, shape, and model raw data using Power Query and data modeling best practices. DAX Calculations: Write Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for advanced aggregate, date, logical, and table calculations. Data Integration: Connect Power BI securely to various data sources like SQL databases, cloud services, and Excel. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical BI solutions. Optimization: Monitor and optimize report performance, data flows, and dashboards Desired Candidate Profile Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M language), and SQL. Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Design Sense: Strong grasp of data visualization principles, color theory, and clear data storytelling.
