Presales Delivery Service Designer

PURPOSE Act as the point of contact for SITA's Delivery in providing bid support to all Product and Services Solution Lines opportunities ranging from standard to large and complex bids across the regional geographies. To support the design process for solutions and their components and architecture to meet defined business needs for SITA's customer solutions products and specific IT projects. To support the design costing and documentation for customer propositions and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards. To ensure the agreed delivery model is reflected in the solution. To collaborate with GEO Service teams and Purchasing in the development and issue of Request for Proposal to Service Partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and cost the project & delivery solution for standard customized non-standard and large or complex projects . Represent the Delivery function actively in the bid process assisting with customer-facing communications discussion presentation negotiation when required. Work in coordination with the bid manager to define the Project & Delivery Management part of the Customer solution. Provide appropriate variations to the standard texts in customer facing proposals and contractual documents for the services defined and agreed in the delivery proposed model. These will include delivery options, timelines and schedules, and any variations required to meet the needs of this customer and/or specific to any country or location. Identify define and agree with the Project Portolio Manager the required customizations and requirements to address Bid / Tender conditions. Work with Product Management Proposal Management Solution Designers and other SITA teams to create and update templates for the standard texts in customer facing proposals and contractual documents for the services defined and agreed as part of the customer solution. Work with Products Solutions Regional Operations Service Contract Managers and Purchasing to develop and issue RFPs to service partners (following the appropriate engagement processes) and to select and negotiate appropriate contracts and service levels with these Service Partners. Study and qualify customer and product management requests for delivery requirements. Define the optimal cost and integrated delivery models for meeting customer and product requirements. Support Service improvement initiatives that deliver and contribute to the Corporate Business and Functional objectives of the team. Qualifications EXPERIENCE Experience of working in the airport / airline industry- 2-5 years experience in Service Design or Delivery activities Project management, preferably in a global organization and service provider environment delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. 2-5 years experience in IT or services industry. 2+ years of working in bid support/pre-sales role supporting either internal or external customers in service design.
