Procurement Manager

Manage the complete procurement cycle from RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation, purchase order, and delivery. Develop and implement effective local and international procurement strategies. Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, contracts, and delivery schedules. Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement expenditure. Manage import procurement, international suppliers, shipping, logistics, and customs coordination. Ensure timely availability of materials, components, equipment, and services. Prepare and evaluate quotations, commercial comparisons, and purchase orders. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation through Odoo ERP. Use Odoo Procurement/Purchase, Inventory, and related modules to monitor purchasing activities, supplier orders, stock requirements, and deliveries. Coordinate closely with Finance, Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Operations. Monitor procurement KPIs, budgets, lead times, and supplier performance. Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lead and supervise the procurement team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong expertise in local and international procurement. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly the Purchase/Procurement and Inventory modules. Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management skills. Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, commercial evaluations, and supplier qualification. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and meet tight deadlines. CIPS or equivalent professional certification is an advantage. Understanding of manufacturing procurement including sourcing of raw materials, mechanical components, electrical/electronic components, equipment, and services from UAE and international markets.
