Procurement Officer – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery.

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out, joinery, and furniture manufacturing projects. Source and purchase MDF, plywood, timber, veneer, laminates, HPL, hardware, fittings, adhesives, paints, and finishing materials. identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable UAE-based suppliers and manufacturers. Prepare and manage RFQs, supplier quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders (POs), and delivery schedules. Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions. Review project BOQs, material specifications, shop drawings, and procurement requirements. Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers to ensure timely material availability. Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising material quality or project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of UAE procurement experience, preferably in interior fit-out, joinery, or furniture manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge of wood materials, joinery accessories, furniture hardware, and interior finishing products. Established network of suppliers within the UAE market. Proven experience in procurement negotiations, cost control, and vendor management. Ability to understand BOQs, material specifications, and basic technical drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP/procurement systems. UAE driving licence is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
