PROCUREMENT & TENDER OFFICER

in KOC / Joint Operations (JO) procurement and tendering Experience handling Government & Ministry tenders including Health, Medical, Education and other public-sector entities Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation Ability to prepare and respond to KOC questionnaires / prequalification documents Experience in cost estimation and commercial bid preparation Strong experience in vendor scouting and supplier sourcing Experience handling local purchases and procurement Ability to obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements and negotiate with vendors Good knowledge of Kuwait procurement and tendering procedures Strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

Preferably 5+ years in Procurement / Tendering, with relevant Kuwait Oil & Gas experience. Candidates currently available in Kuwait will be preferred. Employment Type Full-time
