Procurement & Tendering Specialist

Manage and oversee end-to-end online bidding and tendering processes. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for industrial materials, focusing on pipes, valves, pumps, and related equipment. Ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards and specifications. Coordinate shipping, logistics, and international trade terms (Incoterms) efficiently. Prepare competitive commercial and technical proposals. Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a same role (procurement, tendering, or sales engineering within the mechanical/industrial sector). Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial pipes, Bends , flanges ,valves, pumps, and related Products.

Skills

• Proven experience with online bidding portals, tendering procedures, and contract management
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry standards and international shipping terms
